Thoughts
David was a true professional and contributed so much to PHE and then UKHSA. He made contact when he left UKHSA and let me know his prognosis had changed, he was a valued member of the Working Through Cancer Network and made us laugh with his humour and inspired us with his faith . Even though advised he had 6 months to live he wanted to contribute to a patient experience reflective paper , inspiring at a time such as that still wanting to help others and he has left a legacy. My condolences to David's wife and family ... you will be missed .

A wonderfully warm and generous man, I knew him from HPA/PHE Porton revues at Christmas time, he always had time to contribute and was a true gent. He will be missed, my sincere condolences to his family and loved ones

Our lives have been challenged and enriched by the thoughts and reflections that you shared. The depth, genuineness and quality of your faith was so inspiring. We will miss you but trust that your legacy lives on as we recall the times of fellowship that we were privileged to share with you.
